Providence Health & Services Women's Boutique Sales Associate - Nursing Boutique in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling a Women's Boutique Sales Associate (Nursing Boutique, Variable Shift, 0.60 FTE) to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. We are a community of caregivers delivery every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
This is a part time position with varying schedule in our Women's Boutique.
In this position, you will:
Assist Maternity Center Schedulers in scheduling, and checking in patients for the Maternity Outpatient Clinics.
Manage logistical support of educational offerings and projects, including but not limited to class payment processing and customer support including providing class materials, audio/visual equipment, and room scheduling.
Participate in retail sales, quality customer service, assists Women’s Boutique Supervisor in maintaining and ordering retail supplies for the Women’s Boutique.
Learn and maintain accurate knowledge of all products.
Offer assistance to customers regarding retail products, including assisting with bra fitting, in an effort to promote store sales.
Collect retail sales monies/credit and accurately enters store charges per policy.
Implement care/services that recognize age/diversity specific needs/issues of customers served.
Assume responsibility and ensures timely completion of all assigned milestones in a professional manner.
Engage in the principals of Caring Reliably.
Assist Women’s Boutique Supervisor in maintaining accurate inventory of stock at all times.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School graduate or equivalent
Able to use personal computer based software for word processing and spreadsheets
Able to read, write, and speak English
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bra fitting certification
2 year degree
Additional coursework in clerical sciences and personal computer classes
1 year experience in medical setting with experience in medical terminology
2 years of retail experience
Fluency in another language
