Providence Health & Services Residency Program Coordinator *1.0/Days* in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling a Residency Program Coordinator (Ak Family Medicine Residency, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Physician Service Organization in Anchorage, Alaska. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Resident Recruitment: Lead the resident recruitment process, including but not limited to: attending recruitment conferences, coordinating interview schedules and interview day activities, preparing written recruitment materials, and updating the program’s external website
Schedules: Oversee the scheduling process and collaborate with the Staffing Coordinator to ensure that all program requirements are met
Projects: Initiate and/or assists with projects that support the operations of the Residency
Provide leadership and guidance to other Residency support personnel when the Business Manager is unavailable
Provides administrative support to supervisor as requested
Oversee day-to-day logistics of the Residents' experiences, including scheduling, rotation requirements, education opportunities/compliance, travel and other needs
Care/Services: Implements care/services that recognize age/diversity specific needs/issues of customers served
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Four (4) years of Administrative experience
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
Coursework/Training: Personal Computers
Database management skills
