Providence Regional Executive Team Coordinator in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling a Regional Executive Team Coordinator (PHSA Administration, Days, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Health System Alaska in Anchorage, Alaska. In this position you will :
Partner closely with executive to ensure effective time management and calendar management; looking 30-60-90 days out proactively
Attend executive meetings as requested and prepares succinct notes and distributes outlining decisions, actions and follow-ups to attendees.
Proactively prepare exec for meetings and assists with timely follow-through of deliverables and deadlines; coordinates with other leaders as needed to accomplish.
Manage / coordinate multiple executive projects concurrently, as needed.
Prepare complex presentations and reports with minimal guidance, using MS Power Point, Excel, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop or other office software as needed.
Create and maintains MS Teams sites (or equivalent) as needed to manage projects
Expertly plan, coordinate and host virtual meetings and seminars, act as technical expert in virtual meeting set-up, technical troubleshooting and management
Required qualifications for this position include:
Completion of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (year per year substitute)
6 years related complex/high level administrative support experience.
1 year project coordination or management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
