Manager Business Operations Cardiology Providence Alaska Medical Center
Key finance position reporting to the Director Cardiovascular Service Line, with close partnership to Director Adult Critical Care Services. Position will be key in both the Cardiovascular and Critical Care budget process, development of new business pro-formas, performance of financial reviews with programs, development of capital action plan pro-formas. Position typical responsibilities include; monitor capital allocations; conduct cost benefit analysis, review and approve financial transactions; act as a resource to provide information on financial reports and budget preparation. Role will supervise the CV Coordinator and Cath Lab Inventory Specialists, who are generally responsible for CV patient scheduling, patient charts and paperwork, and charge reconciliation.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, health administration, or other related field Or equivalent educ/experience
4 years in experience work in acute hospital finance
Experience with spreadsheets
Master's Degree in Business administration, accounting, finance, health administration or other related field
Experience working with cardiovascular, perioperative, or critical care services
