Director PMGA Medical Clinics Providence Physician Service Organization

  • Must possess the knowledge and ability to manage Medical Clinics through administrative ability, initiative, resourcefulness, executive and analytical ability.

  • Must have experience in strategic planning, organizational assessment, and have highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Must possess strong organization skills.

  • Must have the ability to put efficient systems in place to meet demand of heavy workload and paperwork; prioritize work assignments; adapt to flexible work schedules; problem-solve, exercise judgment and discretion; work well with physicians and other hospital staff members; manage successfully, multiple projects and deadlines while demonstrating a mature work attitude; and work effectively in a team environment while managing projects independently.

  • Must have experience in developing project budgets, timelines and fraud, abuse and inurement laws.

  • Must have the ability to navigate politically sensitive discussions and implement creative solutions to achieve shared objectives.

  • Must have the knowledge of laws related to recruitment and employment, including immigration and private practice support relationships.

  • Must exhibit professional appearance and demeanor.


Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2 years of leadership experience in a management role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

  • Healthcare management experience
