Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Data Integrity Business Partner, Population Health Analytics PSJH to our location in Renton, WA, or any location within the Providence Footprint ( CA, AK, OR, MT)
We are seeking a Data Integrity Business Partner for Population Health Analytics PSJH who will ensure our population health analytics platform is accurate, reliable, complete, and consistent over the data lifecycle. The person in this role will collaborate with department and system partners to establish validation, backup requirements, access control, and audits to support population health initiatives, practice transformation, and strategy.
This position requires a solid mastery of health care data, workflow, business requirements, data Warehousing , and ETL processes.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
CPH User Interface: Works within Tableau and other software products to support data analytics initiatives for the Population Health ECMC team, including validation, audit, and trend reporting.
Data Insight: Understand how data can be used to provide insights for: 1) Population identification, stratification & segmentation, 2) Health, risk & needs assessment, 3) Transition and continuity of care gaps, 4) Care coordination among providers and community partners, 5) Whole person care (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social), 6) Access, 7) Outcome reporting, and 8) Evaluation of metrics
Analytic Consultation: Work with teams to identify and evaluate trends in health care, local conditions, economic conditions and competitive institutions.
Requirements Gathering: Full cycle analytics understanding business requirements, extracting data, analyzing data, predicting, measuring outcome and making recommendations required. Collaborating with ECMC Subject Matter Experts on solution design.
Display / Visualization: Performs dashboard and reporting visualization design; utilizes good sensibility in visual storytelling. Creates ad hoc reports to support regional needs.
Collaboration and Co-Design: Engage key clinical and business leads in conceiving, designing and building scalable analytics and reporting solutions to support local population health initiatives.
Required qualifications for this position include:
3 years of relevant analytics experience using and creating metrics, analysis, and reports.
2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare / clinical setting.
2 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2 years of relevant experience with Tableau or comparable BI tools.
