Providence Health & Services Clinical Project Manager - Operational Excellence in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling a Project Manager (Operational Excellence ) to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. This is full-time day shift.

In this position you will:
Understand and set expectations for project teams around key strategies articulated by the Program Framework.
Work closely with the Executive Team, Director of Operational Excellence, and Core Leaders to identify and resolve barriers to project completion.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with a broad customer base and gains their trust and respect.
Prepare charters and/or project objectives for each Project Team.
Work with directors, project managers, change facilitators, and OE personnel in the region to coordinate objectives and resources such that the program is resourced realistically.
Manage project plans for a range of project work streams such as top 10 list high reliability projects, quality improvement, system standardization implementation, and clinical staff council projects.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Completion of a technical training program relevant to assigned field
2 years of recent clinical, bedside experience
Ability to influence and motivate teams
Coaching and mentoring skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in technical area
Formal documented training and experience in Six Sigma, Lean, and/or as a Change Facilitator
3 or more years of recent clinical, bedside experience
Licensed in the State of Alaska, if applicable, OR registered or certified by nationally recognized technical or professional association in area of specialty
