We are seeking a Account Manager IDS - Integrated Dme Services that will serve as the primary IDS contact for assigned PPC account locations providing ongoing support in service delivery, problem research and resolution, PPC caregiver training, monitoring quality and efficiency of account operations, and serving as liaison between accounts and broader internal and external resources.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Maintain excellent service with assigned accounts by regular outreach activities to include phone, email, and on-site interaction with account leaders and caregivers
Identify potential problems; resolves and communicates those to the appropriate account operations/clinical manager as well as IDS program manager and/or IDS director
Respond to account-generated IDS concerns in a timely manner; resolves and communicates those to the appropriate account operations/clinical manager as well as IDS program manager and/or IDS director
Professionally document in a timely manner all account activity in CRM.
Monitor product utilization by account ensuring appropriate par levels are maintained; re-purposing non-moving inventory; proactively solving potential inventory issues before they happen
Conduct recurring inventory cycle counts for assigned accounts
Actively participate in new IDS hire training and identifying additional training needs
Conduct account-based caregiver training on IDS Program as requested
Conduct account-based caregiver CDME product training with assistance from product vendors as needed
Proactively contribute ideas to new/existing projects and initiatives
Required qualifications for this position includes:
Valid drivers license
Active vehicle insurance meeting PSJH minimum level of coverage
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
Two (2) years of Home Medical Equipment business
One (1) of Field service and/or medical field experience
One (1) of Experience in sales
One (1) of Servicing multi-account entities
